Tanto la soluci\u00f3n de la cubierta sutilmente cargada al oriente como el volumen de planta circular aligeran la masividad que implica esta obra, permiti\u00e9ndole una mayor ligereza en la plaza respecto a sus aleda\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El ingeniero <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pedro Ramirez Vazquez<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> edific\u00f3 gran parte de los monumentos m\u00e1s representativos de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Es considerado uno de los arquitectos m\u00e1s prol\u00edficos de M\u00e9xico. Gan\u00f3 una infinidad de premios y reconocimientos. Comenz\u00f3 a edificarse en 1960 y a lo largo del tiempo y sus acontecimientos, ha conservado el car\u00e1cter de todos los momentos que han pasado por \u00e9l.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pani<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fue promotor de la \u201carquitectura funcionalista\u201d y sus obras cuentan con un estilo internacional. Gracias a \u00e9l, en M\u00e9xico se comenzaron a realizar obras con base en el pensamiento arquitect\u00f3nico fundado en la honestidad del material, la simpleza en la composici\u00f3n y la abstracci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abraham Zabludovsky construy\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 200 obras en M\u00e9xico y el mundo. Su obra muestra los rasgos propios del lugar, busca un lenguaje propio caracterizado por la revalorizaci\u00f3n del muro y la b\u00fasqueda de texturas durables.
