The necessary elements for this stage are: push buttons, alarms and fire detectors.<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Prevention<\/strong>: The prevention stage focuses on <strong>controlling the fire and preventing its spread<\/strong> to the rest of the building. This stage mainly includes passive protection systems.<\/li><li><strong>Suppression<\/strong>: The suppression stage is responsible for <strong>extinguishing the fire<\/strong> during the first minutes of its generation in order to safeguard lives, the building and goods.
