Mazatlan has consolidated its position as a pole of attraction for investment in Mexico thanks to its maritime, rail, land and air connectivity, which positions it as an ideal destination for foreign trade and investment in logistics infrastructure<\/strong>. Recently, the National Customs Agency of Mexico approved a new Strategic Bonded Warehouse (RFE<\/strong>) in Mazatlan, which will be enabled and managed by Grupo ARHE<\/strong>. Juan Jose Arellano Hernandez, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo ARHE, commented that \u00abwith this, Mazatlan is destined to be the Logistics Hub in the Pacific, there are success stories in other states where they started with a vision and today they are consolidated industrial platforms, such is the case of the Interport in Leon, with whom we exchange best practices, and recently Monterrey surprises again with the arrival of Tesla, where Mazatlan will undoubtedly benefit\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>

The RFE is a customs regime and a free trade zone, there are 37 throughout the country<\/strong>, the MLC will be the first in southern Sinaloa and the first of its kind within an industrial park in Sinaloa. It is estimated that it will move more than 160,000 tons per year, with an estimated revenue between RFE and MLC of 9.45 billion pesos in construction, 378 million pesos in property tax payments, 5,500 direct jobs and 11,100 indirect jobs.<\/span><\/p>

Mazatlan’s geographic location places it in a favorable position to serve the flow of goods to and from the markets of the United States, Asia, Central America and South America.
